Sayal Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) as it is interpreting international recruitment activities, and business development services, is committed to protecting the privacy of users, customers, and partners. Privacy Policy explains how we will use any personal information we collect and process about you in accordance and compliance with local and international regulations (GDRP (EU) 2016l679) in effect on 27 April 2016.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU?
  • Information you supply when you sign-up to the website.
  • Information provided in your CV for recruiting services.
  • Details provided in any communications addressed to us relating our services or other business purposes.
  • Providing classed category/sensitive information, for example (previous convictions or your medical well-being/physical condition, will interpret this as agreeing and giving us explicit consent to providing this information to the relevant client and using the information as per policy.
  • Provide with details of other individuals (including, without limitation, referees or next of kin/persons to be contacted in case of an emergency).  Means that you are confirming to have that person’s consent to provide us with their details and to contact them for the intended purpose if necessary and/or appropriate.
  • Personal information/data, shall be accurate and current.

  1. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING DATA
  • As per the Article No- 6(1)-(f) of GDPR provides that we can process your data where it is necessary for the purposes of legitimate business interests pursued by us or a third party, except where such interests are overridden by your interests or fundamental rights or freedoms which require protection of personal data.
  • Your shared information with SAYAL for the purpose to finding employment or contracting opportunity, will be processed to fulfil a specific role, and accordingly you consent to us using your data to provide recruitment services to you, and to share information with prospective employers and/or clients for assessment and background checks. 
  • Your consent to the processing of your personal data in relation to certain legitimate business activities is required, and will keep record for your consent, and take all measures needed to protect your data.
  • “DATA RETENTION” your data will be retained for a period of 3 years from the expiration/termination of your contract after a successful placement with one of our clients, otherwise, we will keep your data for a period of 5 years.
  1. USE OF THE INFORMATION.

We will use the information described above as follows:

  • Provide our recruitment services to you.
  • Provide our personnel management services to you.
  • Verify the information provided.
  • Respond to your requests for information.
  • Match you with job opportunities.
  • Notify you with job opportunities of interest to you.  
  • Provide you with marketing information may be of interest to you, for example new services we offer, market updates and news about upcoming events.
  • Keep you updated with any changes to our service.
  • Improve our website and make it more tailored to your needs.
  • Research, analysis, testing, monitoring, risk management and administrative purposes – in such circumstances, the data we use will be aggregated and it cannot be used to identify you.
  • Pass or allow access to your information to prospective employers and/or clients for the purposes of recruitment based on your acknowledgement and consent.

  • Purchaser of all or part of our business which our core business activities relates.
  • Where we are required to do so by law, court order or other legal process.

  • Selected third parties to facilitate contact with you about job opportunities, products and/or services which may be relevant to you.

  • You have the right to unregister from the website at any time by emailing us with your request.
  • You have the right to request a copy or modify or updating of personal data, by contacting us at info@Sayal.ly. We will respond to any such request within 30 days (although we may be allowed to extend this period in certain cases). 
  • You have the right to transfer your data from us to another data controller.

  1. TRANSFERRING INFORMATION OVERSEAS

It is possible that personal data we collect from you may be transferred, stored and/or processed locally and/or worldwide, based on our legitimate business interests, and by submitting your personal data, you explicitly consent to this transfer.

 Our business partners in various locations outside Libya, such ( E.U , Africa continent, East Europe, UK, Australia, Fareast, and middle east) will have access/ transfer to our candidate data in order to provide global recruitment service.

Please note that sayal Limited may monitor email traffic data and also the content of email for the purposes of quality control, security and staff training.  

Messages sent from sayal employee contains confidential information and is intended only for the named recipient(s) therefore, if you are not an intended recipient, your corporation is required to notify privacy@sayal.com immediately and delete received e-mail from your system, and not disseminate, distribute or copy e-mails.

E-mail transmission cannot be guaranteed to be secure or error-free as information could be intercepted, corrupted, lost, destroyed, arrive late or incomplete, or contain viruses.
